treated only by licensed practitioners who have attained the
education and training required by the state to insure patients
receive safe and appropriate care. Practitioners attend frequent
continuing education seminars to maintain their knowledge of
advanced theories of rehabilitation and materials

We are among the oldest and most well
established custom orthotics & prosthetics companies on
the west coast of Florida for the past 30-years.
We have four main patient care centers
with several satellite offices to service patients in
Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas,
Hillsborough, and Pasco counties.
Our offices are conveniently located
serving the cities of St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota,
Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Naples, and Zephyrhills.
History
The Orthotic and Prosthetic Centers was founded in St Petersburg Florida on October 19, 1981. The Company has a long history of providing excellent prosthetic and orthotic products. The company mission statement states “To provide outstanding Orthtoic and Prosthetic Service to the Community we serve. Through listening, learning and caring we hope to enhance the lives of those we touch”.
Our desire to extend our reach to other communities allowed us to open the Zephyrhills Brace and Limb in 1987. In 2006 we expanded into the Sarasota/Bradenton community with the opening of our office in the Peridia Office Park and in 2009 we opened an office in Ft Myers. Continuing our expansion in 2010 we opened offices in Naples and Tampa servicing the Naples, Ft. Myers and Tampa communities. Our goal is to be the premier provider of Prosthetics, Orthotics and Mobility products on the West Coast of Florida.
