Welcome to Orthotic & Prosthetic Centers
Orthotic & Prosthetic Centers was founded in 1979 to serve the needs of patients on the West Coast of Florida. With offices located in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota / Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Naples, Zephyrhills, and Lakeland, the O & P Centers are positioned to serve the Prosthetic and Orthotic needs of patients on the West Coast of Florida. All our facilities are accredited and certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics ( ABC ), the most stringent national standard available.
At the Orthotic & Prosthetics Centers patients are treated only by licensed
practitioners who have attained the education and training
required by the state to insure patients receive safe and
appropriate care. Practitioners attend frequent continuing
education seminars to maintain their knowledge of advanced
theories of rehabilitation and materials.
The Orthotic & Prosthetics Centers goal is to provide every patient with the
most appropriate treatment regimen. To achieve this goal our
practitioners pursue a rigorous course of educational programs,
confer frequently with physicians and therapists and provide
patient care instruction seminars to nurses, therapists and
those involved in the insurance and regulatory sectors of
healthcare.

treated while in the hospital, at home, or while in a nursing or
